For those in the Ardmore area - I tried out the new brewpud that opened on Ardmore Ave. right off of Lancaster. It's called Tired Hands. It's suppose to be an organic, sustainable brewery....something hipster dufus. Anyway, the beer's pretty decent and the food was pretty sweet. The food menu is limited - a cheese menu, meats menu (the duck prosciutto was ridiculous, as was the hot abbruzze), panini menue, and a pickle menu (they pickle different shit) - and we tried a little of everything and it was damn good.0

Duck prosciutto is the most delicious thing currently on the planet. I gladly pay $10 for a quarter pound at DiBruno's.
Will try to check out Tired Hands - hard to do anything these days.Spectrum 10/27/09; New Orleans JazzFest 5/1/10; Made in America 9/2/12; Phila, PA 10/21/13; Phila, PA 10/22/13; Baltimore Arena 10/27/13; Phila, PA 4/28/16; Phila, PA 4/29/16; Fenway Park 8/7/16; Fenway Park 9/2/18; Asbury Park 9/18/21; Camden 9/14/22; Las Vegas 5/16/24; Las Vegas 5/18/24; Phila, PA 9/7/24; Phila, PA 9/9/24; Baltimore Arena 9/12/24; Pittsburgh 5/16/25; Pittsburgh 5/18/25

It was glorious - almost like tartare; cut ridiculously thin. They get all their product from within a 100 mile radius. Duck prosciutto from Chester Springs.
I'm sure children can keep a man from many things. I am truly sorry for your loss.0 -

Sold off the tixx for Sat (they were gone on stubhub in about 10 minutes
), which turned out to be a pretty good game, but whatever.
Wife and I went to Dmitri's for first time in a while. Love that place. I've been trying to make "bluefish Greek style" for years and can't do it anything like they do.
One of the ditzy waitresses put a menu too close to a candle and it caught fire. I jumped up and put it out. She goes - "that's our third fire this week". Maybe you should be a little more careful then.Plus they are going to run out of menus.
