and weren't you one of the couple of guys on here a few weeks ago saying you were done with this team and weren't going to watch any more? I guess the neers are coming back out. Not trying to be a dick or anything, just find it funny how everyone loves this team again.

nope...that was me...and like I said back then and I'll repeat now...I love my birds and I bleed green but Andy and McNabb need to go if they werent going to change their stubborn ways...this is the team that SHOULD be shown every week...Andy finally seemed to listen a tad and look what happens with a change of philosophy...McNabb still needs to go at the end of the season but for now lets ride whatever we have...oh...and like I said back then...I wasnt going to nor did I ever really mean I would stop watching..I'm a sucker for my Birds

I think Westbrook getting healthier is the reason the team is playing better and why there are running the ball better. and even a few weeks ago I don't think they were ever as bad as people tried to make them out to be. the fact is their division is brutal and they would probably win the other 3 NFC divisions. and to be honest, as good as the birds were today the Giants were just dreadful. but we will take it. still think they are coming up short but at least that awful Cleveland Monday night game next week has some meaning.

lol....seriously as great as it is to see us back in the mix, it still makes me angry that we lost all those close games we should have won. and i still say that if we dont get in the playoffs, 10 wins or not, reid must be fired. there is no reason that this team needed to wait until december to play good, balanced football.

Now this is a big if, but if the Eagles can beat the Giants Sunday, they control their playoff destiny. Because if they win out the Cowboys will not win all 3 of their upcoming games against the Steelers, Giants and Ravens.
That would make the game the last week of the season a winner goes to the playoffs loser goes home game home against Dallas at the Linc.
Well - the "if" came true. And Dallas just lost to the Steelers.
The Eagles now virtually control their own destiny to make the last playoff spot. If they win out, all the help they need is for the Falcons to lose one of their next two games - either to the Bucs at home or the Viks on the road. If that happens, the Birds make the post season.
