    nearly a perfect game after the first quarter yeaterday. :) you'd never know it was the same team in the 2nd quarter and 2nd half. almost zero penalties...then one in the final minute or so. gem of a game for the eagles...after the first quarter! :D

    should be a gooder this weekend!

    I know this is crazy, and this is coming from a guy who's made a road trip to one game every year for the past 8 years, I can't believe I am not psyched up from this game. I just remember all the conversations the me and my one friend had all the time - about seeing at least one major championship. This one time he snapped and said "Fuck that. Just give me ONE(championship) while I'm young..Just fucking one!! And I'll be happy.", and that's how we felt. And now here we are. Even if they were to win the Super Bowl, I know I'm nuts, it won't have the same feeling.

    No it will...its just the Phillies are like our boys who we go out and drink with every night and the Eagles are our rich cousin who we see once a week and we really love but we have a different kind of relationship with. We will still be happy just not as crazy
