Belushi. Documentary on Showtime. It was good. I always liked John Belushi. Got some more insight into his life.
It should be interesting. I don't know why, but I always liked this actor. K-9 brings back fond memories of early childhood.
You are thinking of his brother Jim Belushi. John Belushi was in the original cast of SNL, Animal House, Blues Brothers, among others.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

I have no idea what I watched. It had the dude from Balls of Fury in it, though.
I think I watched half of that and felt the same way.  Turned it off.
Balls of Fury is way better

I thought this movie was amazing.  I dig the different beasts in it.

There's an awesome film on Amazon that I'm watching in bits and pieces - Drunk, Stoned, Brilliant, Dead - about the history of National Lampoon, and its ties to Belushi, SNL (when it was truly funny), that clan.  You can see him shine, even in those early, early days.
  • I'll need to check that out, thanks!

I watched that. It was really good. National Lampoon was amazing. It looked like a crazy place to work as well.

    Animal House is shit.
It has its nonshit moments (most of them involving Belushi), but overall, I tend to agree with this statement.

I do think that parts of it get funnier upon repeat viewings, but I would've never watched it a second (or tenth) time on my own.

    Pretty cringey otherwise.

Where the hell have I been the last 9 years? How did I not know about this movie?

    I thought is was FANTASTIC!!!

Agree.  I'm not a big Brad Pitt fan but thought he did well with this ..and Jonah Hill was great.
Both were outstanding . Jonah Hill especially. The movie was just SO WELL DONE. Like I said, how on Earth did I miss this for almost 10 years? Hahahahah
i've had this in my watchlist for years and still haven't pulled the trigger, even though I love both actors and heard amazing things about the film. maybe i'll finally get to it tonight

The Matrix - I haven’t watched it in full in decades.  Really enjoyed it.  I think it still holds up well. The wire-work in the stunts is still spectacular.
