I always think how people's minds would be blown if you could transport Avatar or Lord of the Rings to theaters in 1974.

Trainspotting. I had never seen it before image and decided to watch it around midnight last night on about 4 hours of sleep on Netflix. Of course i fell asleep during part of it  In total I think i only saw about half of it. What i saw i liked. I'll have to rewatch it again.

I always do that. I had to DVR the World Series the other day so that I could see EV sing. I knew that although I was awake at the top of the 7th, I probably wouldn't be at the bottom. I wasn't.

It's on Showtime streaming as well where I saw it for the first time years ago.

Love that movie, was thrilled when I stumbled onto the trailer for an upcoming sequel with much of the original cast returning. Apparently it's based on Irvin Welsh's sequel called Porn.

Doctor Strange. Not the best Marvel movie, but good. Some of the most trippy, mind blowing special effects I've seen. See it in 3D.

    Pretty damn good.

I liked it, but I found that the story was a little all over the place - the way they edited it could have been a lot better.
