    Green Inferno
Not bad for an Eli Roth film. The usual awful dialogue and silly scenarios are present tho.

Right up there with movies like 9 To 5 and Mean Girls as one of the funniest female centered comedies. Fucking hilarious!

    Man of the Year

Prophetic movie except it's a comedian and not a fascist nazi like the republican candidate. Can't watch the first scene of Williams in a movie he's in without crying. I really do miss him.

I watched two music documentaries this weekend:

Shut Up And Sing, about the Dixie Chicks, the comment about Bush that Natalie made, and the aftermath of that. I really, really enjoyed this doc, and the Chicks are incredibly strong. I really can't believe the vitriol that came out of the right wing. I was 11 years old in 2003, so I had some idea of what was going on at the time, especially as my mom is a liberal Dixie Chicks fan, but watching this yesterday, I was shocked seeing it with adult eyes. Those ladies are badasses, and handled everything just about as well as you could.

R.E.M. by MTV. I liked this one as well, although I thought it moved pretty fast. Cool seeing old interviews and footage. R.E.M. is one of my very favorite bands and it absolutely crushed me when they broke up, as I had yet to see them live. I didn't know much about the early years, so that was particularly interesting to me.

    I recommend both!
