    Mince pies don't have meat in them these days :eek:

    They are one of the most traditional Christmas things here ... and what we leave out for Santa ;) Those and Christmas crackers were missed when I had Christmas in the US.

    I haven't started shopping yet but always make sure I'm finished by the end of November.
    So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

    I love mince pies, and I had no idea that Cromwell made it illegal to eat them on Christmas day! :eek: I wonder if that law still stands... hmm...

    I wanna be done by the end of November, that way I can focus on my mum's birthday and relaxing in December :)

    That is what my grandma made. I think she made it with raisans. I don't think she used suet though. I thought that was something one put in bird feeders. I probably wouldn't eat it then because of all the raisans. I would probably like it now.

    oh I know you were joking... but dunk actually reckons he works hard and keeps the world on its axis.
