Well so much for going to see an F1 race....sucks.....hopefully they can come back to the US....maybe they will bring both the US & Canadian GP in 2010.

I've been reading that many of the F1 teams are upset about the loss of Cananda, since it's a big market and a small step towards getting more into the american market. Keeping in mind that BMW,Toyota,Ferrari sell many cars in North America.

Montreal seems pissed as F1 brings in many millions of dollars. Anyway, I would live Toronto to get a race. a street race.

Some talk of texas and vegas being in the cards for the USA. who knows when.

    Go Massa Go!

I dunno, I don't have TSN 2. I don't know how I would be able to get it where I am.

yeah go massa! apparently most F1 drivers want massa to win the championships. everyones really upset at Hamiltons style of driving. Or as hamilton said, people are just jealous! hahah!

Jealous that they can't push people out of the way too!

TSN2 was added to my digital cable when it came out automatically.
I won't be home tomorrow anyway so I'll probably miss it.

In canada TSN is airing it sat 8 am, but i'm gonna watch it online live, i'm pretty much always awake at the hr anyway around 12-1am

I prefer races at 12/1 am over the 8am races, at 8am my g/f always bugs me that the cars wake her up, so I have to put the sound low, and that's no way to watch F1.

Indeed!...should be a good start. Massa stuck Alonso, let's see how that works out.

Solid race, Kubica was cool, Alonso was pretty amazing and how was P.K? not bad.

Interesting race. Kimi finally got some results. Good driving by Kubica for the trouble he had with his car.
Glad to see Hambone get a taste of his own medicine. 5 pt lead now.

I don't think Bourdais should have been penalized.

    good race
    great start

that massa should have been penalized more for bumping hamilton-that was BS

just goes to show you how biased the FIA is in favor of ferrari

I don't foresee a particularly great F1 game from Codemasters. They make decent games but their gameplay style seems to carry over from game to game, which is great for rally (DiRT) and not so great for street (GRID).

I hope they try a new style! anyway, grand turismo 5 should be great. whenever that comes out.

GT5 and Forza 3 are on the top of the 'to buy' lists for racing games.
Oh, and Race Pro comes out for the Xbox 360 in February - Simbin's console version of GTR Evolution I believe. If you're familiar with Simbin's games at all, that alone is reason enough to get excited :p

Bruno Senna is expected to test for Honda's F1 team next month.

"I see myself in Formula One soon, or at least I hope so," the nephew of the late triple world champion Ayrton Senna is quoted as saying by Spain's Diario Sport newspaper.

It is unknown where the 24-year-old GP2 runner-up's Honda test will take place, but it is expected to occur sometime after the season ending Brazilian grand prix, which Senna will attend.

Along with Toro Rosso, Honda is among his best chances to make his Grand Prix debut in 2009.

The Brackley-based Honda team has not yet confirmed either of its current drivers, Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello, for next season.

French GP for 2009 canned (by the organizers, not the FIA). Not cool, but a chance for Montreal to get back on board...

part of me thinks that the FIA told the montreal organizers:

"fix the track and get the gov to pony up the F1 fees-then we will be back in 2010"

Easily possible. Also possible is that promotor's side of things - Bernie wanted a big pay raise.
Our sport isn't in the best of shape at the moment.

On the track, let's hope for a Massa-Raikkonen finnish with Lewie out of it (again) on turn 1!

I'd be fine with that, so long as Felipe takes the championship!

What's with all the hate for Lewis and all the love for the pampered Ferrari boys? He may sometimes have an unforgiving style but he's been a breath of fresh air to an extremely dull sport.

I happen to agree. Except for the dull part.

If you think it's dull, why watch?
And given your location, your opinion of Hamilton isn't terribly surprising. Why all the hate for Ferrari drivers?

But to answer your question, I've been finding LH increasingly egotistical, arrogant, and reckless/dangerous. I already was anti-McLaren so it probably didn't start too well from there. Everyone has their teams/drivers, I'm not really sure what the big deal is when you find someone who doesn't like your boy.
