    I'm trying to unload a princess cut diamond enguagement ring. I paid about $3400 for it...now she's banging some rich asshole because he makes more money than me, and i'm stuck with this stupid rock. All my friends warned me she was bad...I should've listened.

    Man, I could've got an awesome rid-on lawnmower, a Les Paul, seven playstation 3's, 789 six-packs of Pabst blue ribbon, six new surfboards and a kayak, a Ms Pac-man coctail table arcade game...I hate putting it in perspective, sorry.

    It's good with certain stones..like ruby or garnet..but with diamonds..nothing set's it off like white gold or platinum.

    You girls are on the same page regarding white gold as my wife..and I did not want to wear a yellow gold band!! My sis recommended the white/silver as it would look nice with her Colombian/Latin skin tone..

    My sister got a platinum ring when I got my white gold ring in turkey... she paid twice as much for hers... I still think mine's WAY prettier :)

    Same here!!!!!! All of my jewelry (cheapy stuff, I don't own anything "nice") is either black or silver.

    P.S. On a sidenote...I've read alot about Sierra Leone and the diamond industry. Even though diamonds may promise not to be "conflict" diamonds, you can never be sure!
