Depends on how much I've drank so far because I really don't wanna think about what else might have been around the food. Strip club food is lower than dog shit so I've never really attempted to eat it.

Coors Light is quite possibly the worst beer known to man...and I can't stand their stupid commercials either. Miller Lite is the standard in the household though with the roommates. Any excuse to drink in mass quantity with a group of us? Always Miller Lite. Though I gotta say High Life is not a bad cheap beer - it IS the champagne of beers after all.
High Life is a very nostalgic beer for me...my Dad would crank those back like crazy when we were kids. When we got to be about 9-10 he would let us sneek a sip when we got them out of the fridge for him. My older brother lives in Chicago and when we went to Lolla last year, he had his fridge stocked with High Life...we drank it all weekend - good time!

VERY nostalgic....Always remind me of sitting with my pops on the beach down the shore in some folding chairs with a fresh one right out of the cooler still chilled just sitting there with a nice golden look with little chips of ice clinging to it....Ahhhh, never knew High Life could be that poetic...Plus, it's a pretty sweet shape for a bottle.

Sam Adams is a great beer.
Hell yeah, Sam taste great! My favorite is Guinness though, so tastey.

I think after a few rounds, you don't about the taste anymore. :D

Of course people like the taste of beer.
I am an equal opportunity drinker. I give everything a chance.
Beer has a time and place for me. Red wine is not what I drink at a BBQ. Maybe an ice cold beer or a mojito. Tho I do prefer a lighter beer. I don't like the heavy lagers and stouts anymore unless they are a part of a sampler I order at a brewery.

Couldn't disagree more! Obviously I'm in the minority here, but I've tried probably 30 beers this year (mostly in 3 oz. flights) of imports, domestics, local specialities, and even Bud Light (when there was no other alcohol options at Shea Stadium), only to come up with the same conclusion: I hate them all! The only two things that are close to beer that I can stomach are when I do Irish Car Bombs (I quite like those) and Magners (sp?) cider. Other than that give me a nice glass of red or some whiskey cause I'm not interested otherwise!

  • Laugh all you want, but a friend convinced me to try Bud Light Lime and it was really tasty.

  • Go to a store that carries good beer and get a Franziskaner Weissbier. Best beer I have ever had so far. If you dont like that then just stick to the cheap stuff ;)

Others I recommend: Blue Moon, Newcastle, Shiner Bock, Guinness, Hoegaarden

"Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy"-Ben Franklin

OMG, Franzikaner is my absolute favorite! I like the taste of it better than most foods. Sometimes I drink it for dinner. AND my local grocery store now carries it- super happy day for me!
    Excess in moderation.

I love beer! There is an entire shelf in my fridge devoted to different kinds, depending on what mood we're in when we got to the fridge to grab one. You'd think we were two alcoholics, but we just love cracking a beer! Yum.

Not much more I love than a good beer. Sadly, I can't drink as much with medication I take now. Sucks. But I'll still indulge in the occasional Guinness (the old standby), New Castle, St. Peter's Porter, belgian wheat, and even a Corona with lime (never without).
One suggestion: Guinness and chocolate. Awesome combo.

As my dad tells me, "You'd drink Guinness out of a pig's arse". I wouldn't do this if I didn't like the taste. Of the Guinness, that is.

I've always loved the taste of beer. It was actually wine that I had to develop a taste for, which I certainly have! Not a fan of American light beers though, why bother, it tastes like bad water to me. I stick with microbrews mostly. After visiting Germany, as others have said, I am convinced they don't make a bad beer. Sure missed it when we got home. :)

I was just thinking today about how I missed living in Detroit (I know, weird). Always had a steady supply of Oberon. The Motor City Brewing Works' Ghettoblaster...damn. I'd forgotten all about that.

A good ale can have a glorious taste and the occasional lager is alright.

I love beer. I'd rather drink Newcastle Brown Ale as a beverage, for the taste, than most other drinks.
