And some people forget this is a message board. Not everything is taken serious around here. Which is a good thing.

Anyway Speedy makes a good point, even if you don't like it. Or in his case give a rats ass. :D
what's the point of announcing it? Why not just shut the fuck up?
So if there's a funeral somewhere in your neighbor and you happen to drive by, you're really gonna scream out "Hey guess what folks, I don't give a fuck about your little service right now"

I thought for sure Britney, that skinny Olsen twin, Paris, Lohan, Owen , Pete Doherty or Amy Winehouse would have been next to die, not Heath.

I am so sad, I haven't cried, but I probably will end up crying before the night is through. Watching Greta on Fox News right now, I just can't handle it!!

No I'm gonna say, ''Hey the cemetery is back that way'' :D

It is sad news about his passing. But around her some don't see it as a big deal. No need to jump all over the people that think that.

No need to jump all over the people who are sympathetic to a dead person neither. that's my point!

there's plenty of RIP threads in here, if I don't have any good to say, I'll just leave the thread alone.

this had really surprised me today. definitely so sad, someone that young with promise, and a little girl to boot.

as for people crying, while i'm not shedding a tear for him i do feel bad. and i don't have to know a person to feel sad...hell i can cry at a commercial :o lol

What a shame.. I heard the news at work earlier. It passed around co-workers like a wild fire. He had many many years of life left in him. So many great roles ahead of him to play. I can't help but to think of River Pheonix, although I think Heath had much more talent and an already well established blockbuster career.
  • I can't stop thinking about the fact that his little girl is old enough to ask for him, but not old enough to understand that he's not coming back. That's really fucking sad. :(

Have they somehow spinned this into another story of why liberals are ruining the country?

I tell ya, it is just so sad. The guy was a good actor and he seemed to love his life. It's tragic..

I don't think he seemed to love his life at all. He seemed to HATE anything to do with his fame, interviews, promoting his movies, red carpet events, walking down the street. I'm sure he loved acting...but he seemed miserable in every other photo I've seen him in. I would hate it too -- I couldn't handle being photographed and pestered all the time.

EDIT: I just saw a few photos of him looking happy with his daughter. Gee she's big! I was picturing her being younger for some reason....poor little thing.

  • HOLY SHIT

just got into work to this news.

28 years old and leaving a young daughter. News reports saying police have advised his family that death was accidental, sleeping pills found near his body.

    such a tragic loss :( :(

My thoughts are with his family and friends.

its so sad. I was out and I passed a TV and heard it and I was like "WHAT?" I couldn't believe it..

People started flocking downtown to see the apt scene.

It's so shocking. I remember first seeing him from this awesome show called Roar back in the day and I've loosely followed his career since then.

It's such a tragedy when someone so young and in the spotlight dies suddenly. :( All I can think about is his poor daughter :( :(
