    Theo resigned with a new contract.
    The Red Sox have signed general manager Theo Epstein to a new contract beyond
    this season. "We are all on the same page with regard to our vision for the
    organization," owner John Henry wrote in an e-mail to the Globe this afternoon.
    "The negotiations were pleasant and were all about rewarding Theo for the great,
    great job he has done in bringing two world championships to the Red Sox. We

    I want to see the details of the contract, not so much the numbers but the length. I hope he'll stay around forever. He's done a ton of great work so far.

    well, back to a game down ...

    both teams will make the playoffs ... but, I think we'd rather see the Sox in 1st at season's end ... the wildcard team is going to have to play the Angels ... and while the Sox have had their number over the years, I don't want to see them until the ALCS if possible
