so i wanted to buy them food ,,the line was long and i considered just giving them money ,but i said better to wait and after i gave them the food

But, since I have seen pics of red haired Mikey and bleach blonde Mikey, I thought I would add yet another look, how about shaved head Mikey. Gotta love him! This was taken going into the Cubs game last year, the day after the vic, 1st day of Lolla. He was super sweet and asked how I like the vic show.

I met the Goo Goo Dolls twice at in store autograph signings. I don't have photos though.
And Johnny was hosting a charity benefit in the city and I walked down the street and he was outside the venue
and I was like :eek: OMG, I love you!
and that's all I could say! :eek:
I think I did manage to tell him he was an inspiration to me and to not stop making music. I was awestruck.
I have photos from the band outside David Letterman during the Vote for Change tour. I didn't meet them or get autographs, unfortunately. mikey told somebody he 'didn't have a pen' and then he had to go.
After a show in LA last year, we met Mike. For those of you that are not Goo fans...probably most everyone here except Allie and myself , he is the drummer.
He was so awesome. He talked to a group of about 6-8 of us for about half an hour. Most of us were a little on the tipsy side, but he tolerated us really well, considering, and joked around with us like he knew us. He really is one of the nicest guys on the planet.
After a show in LA last year, we met Mike. For those of you that are not Goo fans...probably most everyone here except Allie and myself , he is the drummer.
He was so awesome. He talked to a group of about 6-8 of us for about half an hour. Most of us were a little on the tipsy side, but he tolerated us really well, considering, and joked around with us like he knew us. He really is one of the nicest guys on the planet.

In London so tend to see random celebs here and there ... walking their dogs, getting coffee whatever ... reasonably often (actually a TV presenter was getting out of a lift I was about to get in today) ... but one of the more amusing (at the time) involves the lovely Heineken Helen ... her and her boyf. had called to say they had arrived outside a bar we were in so I said I would go to the top of the stairs to meet them to show them where we were sat. Get to the top of the stairs and chatting to the doorman and therefore started chatting to me as I stood there waiting were Noel Fielding (British comedian) and Jonny Borrell ... well they start walking down the stairs as Hells and boyf. start walking up them (so single file past each other) Helen notices nothing but the look of shock didn't leave the boyfs face all evening (there was also Mick Jones and a couple of Sex Pistols sat in the pub as we were there to watch them play a gig).

if it were me now, I wouldn't be all that bothered and I wasn't really at the time (his sons nanny got his autograph for me later ) but the fact that he'd completely ignore a kid who actually WAS a big fan of his :eek: NOT cool at all. We didn't get many celebs in my town til then so it was really really exciting for me. It was that same day that we met Albert Finney and Milo O'Shea... of course I'd no idea who they were at the time but me and my mother sat with them for a while (cos she was very excited) and I remember them being great and really really funny for old people.

I was a movie extra for a yet to be released film called "The Return" that has her, Tim Robbins (he sang a few songs for the extras on set and it was TERRIBLE), and Michael Pena (Mexican guy from crash)
She was very nice! we exchanged a few pleasantries but for the most part i was really nervous... shes just as gorgeous in real life... but a little shorter than i expected... and if it looks like shes not really smiling its because it was after filming for like 14 hours for what will probably be 3 minutes in the film... it was a pretty fun experience tho... got Robbins autograph but he was kindof a dick
