    I love love love my hot wife and we have a really good relationship. Our life is good and we are very happy together.

    just so you know...men don't have the market cornered on wanting variety in their sex lives and fantasizing about other people. I know men like to believe their wives are so mesmerized by their sexual prowess that they would never fantasize or be attracted to another man...but they are wrong :) It's what you do with those fantasies that matters.

    sounds like he has been trying and it isn't taking. you should be discouraged about marriage. what's the divorce rate, 50%? of the other half, how many do you think stick it out solely out of obligation? of the remainder, how many do you think have strayed at one point or other?

    a totally happy, committed, faithful marriage is a pretty rare thing.

    and it isn't just men. human beings like new things and experiences. since when did love and sex become the same, interchangeable thing? who says the one necessarily has everything to do with the other? no reason you can't love someone and still want to have sex with other people now and again.

    i'm down with that double standard. but i think it's a legit one. guys have more to be concerned about with an unfaithful girlfriend. girls catch std's easier, she could get pregnant and you could raise some other dude's baby. worst of all, girls are very picky about sex and often tough to please. guys are easy to please, and much as we love the sex, it's other stuff that keeps us coming back to one particular woman. now if she messes with some guy that gives her one of those toe-curling back-bending multiple orgasms, we're done for!
