he played his best game last night. looks like the key to the flyers winning is to score 3 goals. Big game against the pens today. I hope they have some gas left over from last night
I think it says a lot that 9 days went by without anyone posting in this thread.
maybe, I still think this team is much better than they have played so far.
our defense is not bad and would be considered better if they were not so high paying. our goaltending has been very good.
Offensively, we have to get better. I still wonder if claude is playing hurt.
I've thought about that with Claude. They could be better but when you play THAT poorly, it's hard to be optimistic. Goalie has been the biggest bright spot minus Emery's assault.

The good vibe from the Sixers is oozing all over the the Flyers and Eagles now.
They still look a lot slower than most teams.
i don't know if they are slower. the forwards are still pretty fast. the d is playing more positional. in the 3rd period yesterday they really slowed it down and limited the pens to one shot and then out.

Looks like he is getting more comfortable. Close to being back to normal. I hope he sits out olympics...if he does i think hes primed for a huge finish to the year
