@BroadStHockey: I don't think the Kronwall hit was dirty, but that's pretty shitty of him not to answer when challenged. That's the bad part to me.

Bullshit. NHL acts like they care about concussions, but as long as hits like that are not penalized there will be no stemming the tide of head injuries.

I suppose somebody will tell me he "had his head down." It was a deliberate, excessive head shot, and something that needs to be taken out of the game.

I completely agree while yes his head was down, the hit was a direct shot to his head and and he had his elbow pointed up to his head.

anyway, great home game last night> Ilya look great. I was worried after the 1st goal but Ilya kept playing and didn't give up so I am very happy about that.

    Claude played great last night.

That first goal was really great placement. The Breeze had a great game.

Glad someone else agrees with me on this one.

I saw a headline before the game, "Injury delpleted Wings look to take on the Flyers." Who the fuck is injury depleted when the Flyers are missing their top 3 defensemen.

Bryz is a riot. After the game, a Comcast reporter mentioned something to Bryz about his performance and Bryz put a finger to his lips and made a shhhhh sound. I like this guy more and more. Bryz, let your freak flag fly baby!

the players leardership group had a talking with him about not talking so much about himself

it's good to see him more focused and not giving up the crap goals night after night. that was so frustrating

I saw that shit. Sports media loves to blow the Red Wings.
