Anyone here anything on the newest Batman film, I know Christian Bale is back and Heath Ledger is going to be the Joker. I can't wait for this movie!
Things were different then. All is different now.
I tried to explain. Somehow.

Esther's here and she's sick?
hi Esther, now we are all going to be sick, thanks
I can't wait for this movie either. I just recently saw Batman Begins for the first time and it was incredible. much better than Batman forever or Batman and Robin.

Not sure if it's real, but it looks cool.
Can't wait for this though. Begins was absolutely brilliant.
EDIT: Just found out they might be filming some in Baltimore!!!(that's Ireland, not Maryland) If this is true I'm gonna have to make a trip down and have a look see.
Is that true? That would be horrible I think. I hope this doesn't turn in to the previous Batman series where they start going after star power. They didn't use too much in Batman Begins, and adding Heath Ledger AND Jamie Foxx would be a little much

rumors aren't truth.
more rumors: Ryan Philippe as Harvey Dent and Phillip Seymour Hoffman as Oswald Cobblepot

That's true. Still, Jamie Foxx would make an incredible Two-Face if he were a little less known.
I heard Summer 2008.

Dark Knight in Chi-Town
Batman heading back to the Windy City.
by Stax
January 31, 2007 - Batman is once again heading to the Windy City. Batman Begins was shot partially on location in Chicago and it now appears that its sequel, The Dark Knight, will be as well.
Warner Bros. has reportedly scheduled 13 weeks of filming in Chicago mid-year, according to the Chicago Tribune. Chicago doubled as Gotham City in the previous film, with its skyline enhanced and altered via CGI.
ReelChicago.com spoke with Chicago Film Office head Rich Moskal, who referred to a top-secret Warners project that is set to film in Chi-Town this year. And that project's name is ... Rory's First Kiss, which Batman-on-Film.com claims is the not so secret codename for The Dark Knight.
In addition to Chicago, The Dark Knight will reportedly lens in the U.K., Los Angeles and Hong Kong.
if you figure out how to do that, lemme know
poor katie holmes, her career just might be tanked for the next few eyars. her stock will rise once she divorces tom cruise though, worked for nicole kidman.
Shame Nicole's acting didn't improve!

As great as he was, there was one over-riding problem with Jack Nicholson as The Joker......he was too fat!
The Joker is meant to be almost skeletal, it's what gives his face that menace and Jack was just a bit too chubby.
I'm intrigued as to what they will do with the character for this film.
I read that the 3rd film will centre around the trial of The Joker.

Aaron Eckhart is in final talks to play Harvey Dent/Two Face in The Dark Knight, Warner Bros. Pictures' sequel to Batman Begins, says The Hollywood Reporter.
In Batman lore, Dent is the district attorney of Gotham City and an ally of Batman. After half his face is disfigured by acid, Dent becomes the insane crime boss known as Two Face. He chooses to do good or evil by flipping a coin. Tommy Lee Jones played the character in 1995's Batman Forever.
"Knight" sees Christopher Nolan back in the director's chair with Christian Bale reprising his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman are also returning. Heath Ledger will play The Joker.
The script was written by Nolan's brother, Jonathan, from a story by Christopher Nolan and David Goyer. Producing are Emma Thomas, Charles Roven and Christopher Nolan.
It's official now, he will be Harvey Dent. That's great casting there.

i hope they fix the action sequences in this one. they were too close and shaky and blurry in batman begins... you could see what was going on or watch batman kicking ass.
and hell yeah to gary oldman... he's awesome!

They've been filming all around Chicago lately. One of the city buildings has the letters "Gotham" on it.
