Woo 7 in a row!! Who are these guys? Damn the schedule doesn't get any easier though. Linden is ripping it up! Good on Nazzy for getting that important goal as well and a First Star.
I didn't think the Canucks had it in them to win 7 in a row, and to lead in this division. Where is this offense coming from ?

Vancouver Canucks goaltender Roberto Luongo, Ottawa Senators left-winger Dany Heatley and San Jose Sharks centre Joe Thornton were selected as the NHL's three stars of the week on Monday.
Canucks goalie Roberto Luongo posted four victories in net last week.
(Jeff McIntosh/Canadian Press)
Luongo was voted the first star after backstopping the Canucks to four victories last week, posting a stellar 1.92 goals-against average and .940 save percentage.
His best effort came on Jan. 2 when he stopped 39 of 40 shots and five of six shootout attempts in a 2-1 victory over the Dallas Stars. Luongo also helped the Canucks earn a 4-3 victory over the Florida Panthers, his old team, on Jan. 7.
Luongo has won his last seven consecutive starts in net for Vancouver

I just bought myself some wonderfully discounted official Canucks socks, so hopefully that'll keep things going in some irrational, oversentimental, illogical kinda way (I don't mind.) My first year as a Canucks fan is going rather well, having shunned them all my life due to my Dad and brother's fanship (someone had to be the antagonist, but then we got Luongo and I could no longer resist.)
6 - 1 shalacking of the Make-me-laughs was pretty sweet
I can't speak for all Canucks fans (don't know any) but they must be going to bed every night with giant smiles on their faces for what they have between the pipes, and then they must get a semi for contrasting Luongo with what they had the last couple of years

yyyyeaaayyahh.
the only thing that would have made that win more satisfying is if i didnt have to work... oh and if my mom didnt make me feel guilty all the way home after she missed 4 goals cause she had to pick me up.
Now that was just spiffy. I happen to be wearing my Canucks socks, for what it's worth. My Bruins also won a close one tonight (WHL), so that was another bonus, especially since they've been struggling since the Xmas break.

I agree with you. I am a penguins fan while my friends are all canuck or oiler fans. I love watching them play each other. Plus when they come to Vancouver I can actually see a game.
I can't believe how well the canucks have been doing lately.

As an ice pack holder....I would love the opportunity to see Syd in action before next season....as for your prediction on the series I think you have the games right but the team wrong!!!
