    My hubby had one a few years back.

    You might think your best move is to wear loose underwear to/from the appointment. That would be a bad move. :D My husband did that thinking he wouldn't want anything rubbing down there, even though the doctor mentioned he should wear tighty-whiteys. Just trust me, you don't want it to be all hanging loose down there. Seriously.

    I think the return appointment to check for swimmers is something like 30 days or 30...ejaculations. You have to clean out the pipes, ya know? I'm sure the doc will give you follow up plans for that though.

    i've got two kids and decided to have it so my wife didnt need to take a pill.

    the real reason is that i wanted to show my nuts to as many nurses as possible.

    but i got it done twice... 1st time under a local anaesthetic, which didnt work.. 2nd time under general anaesthetic which did work.
