I'm glad they are taking this seriously, as well they should, the kids are in danger.
Maybe a good thing will come out of this horrendousness act in that the woman will be apprehended and jailed and forced to get the help she needs and she will be literally taken away from your lives so she can't hurt you or the kids anymore...

Yea there's just so many legalities to wade through in order to get anyone to help. You have to prove custody and lots of other things. Her big mistake was taking those children out of the state and that is where we got her.

I'm really sad we won't have Skyler for Easter. We have these two cute little baskets and my mom sent him a bunny. I just can't even look at that stuff right now.

I'm sure the other boy's family is going crazy too. They never made sure to make their custody legal bc they were scared to. Every time you try to get legal rights the ex goes crazy and does stuff like this.

I really hope she is either jailed or put in a mental institution. She can't be trusted for a second. Even if we allowed visitation I think she'd kidnap him. This is the second kidnapping. First was in November and it took until January to see him.

I know, it's exhausting! Yup time to make a big stink. We are also contacting an attorney to see if they can do anything. We just don't have a lot of money so I don't know how we're going to do this! AHHH!

If you can stir the media up enough, I'm sure they'll be an attorney willing to take the case pro-bono in exchange for the exposure.

Yes! That is the hope -- a probono attorney. They are really hard to find unless you have commited a crime.

have you tried contacting the police in the area of arizona where she may be??

if your boyfriend has legal custody of his son I don't understand why the authorities can't get involved.

ppl need to look in strip clubs and get in touch with her meth connections..
these poor kids..man this kinda stuff just burns me..search motels and places of travel, truck stops, rest areas..are you folks headin to AZ?
and our system sucks ass for not amber alerting her stupid ass..

Cops here won't go there bc thats out of their jurisdiction. She gets away all the time on some stupid loop hole. We have the restraining order but she wasn't served bc she'd taken off... if the cops had been there she would have been arrested on the spot. The parenting plan doesn't go into effect until the 16th but again we're screwed bc she was never served, again bc she took off. This really sucks but we just contacted an attorney. Super expensive but there's really no other option.

Oh yea and the cops told Tommy he could just go there and kidnap him back. Real nice.

We're not headed there yet bc its just stupid to kidnap him back, for her to just come up here and do it over and over again. This needs to be stopped. She needs to go to jail...period. We're not messing around anymore.

According to her myspace her oldest son is school age. Would there be any way that his father could contact the township to either find out if he is enrolled and what the address they used to register him is or if he could report it at a truancy?

i have a friend in chandler az which is kinda close to queen creek. i sent her the links and pics and asked her to spread the word around there and to keep her eyes open.

That is unbelieveable to me that the cops/FBI can't do anything to help.

Rose maybe you could post there too?

I know there's at least 1 lawyer on there, maybe there are more, and/or law enforcement personnel and maybe they have some more helpful suggestions?
