Thanks everyone. We tried to do the Amber Alert and it's more difficult than we imagined. BC the restraining order wasn't through the system yet (it is now) they refused to do it. They said well she is the mother. That's the answer we get a lot. So much red tape to go through. And the sad thing is that the kids suffer. She kidnapped Skyler from the hospital so therefore he never got his medication either. She just shows such great concern for these poor boys.

Makes me wonder what would happen if the roles were reversed and the father had kidnapped the children.

I talked to the FBI. They are making some calls etc. I don't know if they can actually DO anything but hey I tried.

I always thought it was illegal to take a child out of the state without permission from both parents.

It sucks how many hoops you have to jump through to get anything done. It takes way too much time -- time that she's getting away with.

Have you thought about calling the local news? A little publicity might go a long way with the authorities.

Yea that crossed my mind earlier so I shot out a few e-mails to the stations. I had Tommy call himself so I haven't heard what they said about it. The FBI is really taking this seriously. I think we may get a break here and they may help us!!! I'm really excited and hopeful.

You'll have to harass them (media). Even make some shit up just so they will come to see you (or Tommy).

Yea I thought they'd be all over this since it was such a serious issue but they haven't responded. I'm going to wait a second and see what the FBI says bc I don't want to tip her off if they're going to go get her.
