    So is Iron Man a super hero?

    He is just a guy in a suit with lots of gadgets just like batman, but his gadgets are a bit more striking and destructive.

    i'll admit i really didn't know of him until the movie. :o as i mentioned earlier, was never much into comics. but i always thought of all of em as 'superheroes'....never thought otherwise.


    so i say yes. :)
    i am sure rhino will tell you all the reasons he's not, tho. ;)

    Uh no. Iron Man is a good guy.


    He's actually very similar to DC's Bruce Wayne.


    He is a wealthy industrialist who has no real powers. He just creates a crazy iron suit with rockets and shit.

    The iron man movie that came out this summer was really well done. Robert Downy Jr plays Iron Man. You should check it out.

    Iron Man is a good guy but he is an interesting one.

    the advertising for that flick is the ONLY reason i have ever even heard of iron man. :o obviously didn't go to see it, although robert downey jr. is an excellent reason and i've heard good things. i WILL see it when it's out on DVD.



    btw - i just watched batman forever last night, and NUMEROUS times batman is referred to as a 'superhero' within the film by other characters. so there.


    and val kilmer makes a damn fine batman too. ;) he was my fave batman until christian bale took on the role.
