I think MSI tried to buy West Ham last year and Tevez was part of the takeover deal although the deal is now off i dont know if this is anything to do with that..

Well why would they not be clean? I would have more doubt about it being clean had they gone to Chelsea.

There is alot happening now, but Kluivert signed a 2 year deal with PSV. PSV is still intrested in Tardelli, Delgado, Zaki, Kromkamp and Donk.
I did see that, But the name of Donk and Delgado didn't show after that. I wonder why they don't work on getting a central defender.
