    Of course. Do what comes naturally to you - if she's the right girl for you, you're not gonna scare her away. That let's her know you'd like to see her but gives her the option to decide whether or not she wants to.

    What have you got to lose. As far as that goes, I would IM her and just say "Hey...Did you get my message, I havent heard back from you? Anyhow, was thinking about going out for a beer, care to join me? my treat!" If she blows you off, THEN find her best friend and nail her! ;)

    you like this girl do you? well then call her, ask her if shed like to get together again. if she says no, or doesnt reply, then its done. or alternately you can sit around wondering and soliciting advice from pjammers and never know for sure. :D

    It's true...If I think someone's not interested I do get turned off very fast...but only because I don't wanna waste my time chasing someone if they have no interest in me. I don't wanna "convince" anyone they should date me - either they wanna or they don't. In the case it sounds like he made his interest pretty clear - so not really sure why she didn't respond.
