    She knew I was shy and not the type of person who would do that on a first date.. I would think calling her back right away would show her I wanted more..

    She even asked me a few seconds after she started kissing me if it was ok, and I was pretty much like hell yeah!

    I was kidding - I really have no idea. I would have said maybe she didn't get your text - but you sent an email too...so I don't really know. The only thing I can think is that maybe she didn't think you were that into her.

    She's on IM right now.. I'm tempted to say something, but think my phone call and email should have been sufficiant to show I was interested.. I don't want to push it if she has other things going on in her mind..

    Yeah but If I wasn't into her why would I have called and emailed her right away? She knows I'm shy. She's a professional shrink for christs sakes.

    When girls think were not into them they get turned off so fast. But maybe we wanna take it slow this time.

    Well I would definitely take that as you being interested...I'm not sure why she didn't respond. Maybe she's into games...I hate games! All you can do is let her know you had a great time and you'd like to see her again...the rest is up to her. I hope it works out for her - sounds like you really like her.

    Thank you :) Which reminds me...time to update it!

    It's true...If I think someone's not interested I do get turned off very fast...but only because I don't wanna waste my time chasing someone if they have no interest in me. I don't wanna "convince" anyone they should date me - either they wanna or they don't. In the case it sounds like he made his interest pretty clear - so not really sure why she didn't respond.

    ok, here's an idea. I don't want to be all up in her face about this, so I'm not going to call her for a second day in a row after no response to yesterdays call.

    Would a simple text message saying "Hey I'm thinking about going to a few bars in the area later on, let me know if you're interested in joining me." be ok?
