    I'll be at opening day for the 4th year in a row (hope it isn't 40 degrees and raining like last year).

    Just the thought of sitting in Comiskey (sorry, still don't call it US Cellular) on a warm summer night drinking a beer right now is heaven...this winter in Chicago is killing me.

    Gonna be a long season for any AL teams not residing in Detroit or Cleveland this year.
    No longer overwhelmed it seems so simple now.

    I'll say this just once...

    I hope both Chicago baseball teams do well this year. After a piss poor season from the Bears, us Chicago fans need something! The Cubs and Sox doing well will be great for the city and for baseball fans!

    I'm just hoping the Cubs do better! :D

    Seriously, even if neither of them make the playoffs, as long as they are contending teams it gives us room to talk smack making for a fun season. It sucks when the season is over in June.

    I'd rather sit in a half empty US Cellular with real fans rather than sit in a packed Wrigley Field full of a bunch of people who barely realize there's a game going on. And Wrigley is a dump...after the novelty of the history of an old ballpark wears off, going to that stadium with crappy site lines, bad food, and a worse team would be torture.

    14-10 and first place. I have to admit I didn't see this coming after the first month. Our pitching has been unbelievable. Let's hope the offense starts to pick it up because cleveland and detroit won't be playing like this all year.....
