    what does everyone think of dogtv on directv?

    my dog kind of looked at the tv and tilted his head when the puppy bowl was on, but i don't think he actually watched it.
    do your dogs watch tv?

    ^^^^^ gracie didn't care too much for dogtv. she liked PJ radio more :D

    the aussie mother is ready to burst! we still don't know if there will be a little girl for us. we are hoping!

    Eds surgery was a success (ruptured cruciate)... back home tomorrow night- cant wait. Now the 6-8 weeks of recovery process.

    good news for us.

    Mama Aussie gave birth yesterday to 7 girls and 3 boys. We will be getting one of the girls 2 months from now. Can't wait! Our dog currently looks like a drowned mouse but here's what we envision when she's ready to come home with us:

    I wish we could have gotten a rescue and I have nothing but praise for those of you (norm, unlost, enkidu, etc.) who have rescued, but here's why we didn't......sad to say, we didn't want a pit mix or a chihuahua (or even a lab). We also wanted an 8 week old puppy (ask me about this when the pup is driving me crazy). I also rationalize this by feeling that any dog cute enough for us will get rescued anyway. Kind of a cop out, I know, but we DO know our new puppy will be falling into an absolute bed of roses!
