I miss Ricky the wonderpup. He was an English Springer Spaniel. Whenever I need to be happy all of a sudden I am and I know he's around.

MY GRAMA HAS A DOG NAMED LASSIE. MY GRAMPA BOUGHT HIM FOR HER TEN YEARS AGO AS A SURPRISE. EVERY MORNING THEY WOULD SIT OUT IN THEIR BACKYARD ENJOYING THE SKYLINE AND TALKING TO LASSIE. MY GRAMPA DIED LAST YEAR AND LASSIE WAS LIKE SPECIAL TO MY GRAMA BECUZ MY GRAMPA WAS NOW GONE. GRAMS GOT SICK AND COULD NO LONGER CARE FOR LASSIE THE WAY SHE USED TO SO SHE APPOINTED MY UNCLE AND HIS WIFE. THEY DIDNT REALLY CARE. :( GRAMS WENT INTO THE HOSPITAL LAST WEEK AND ASKED THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY FED LASSIE AND PLAYED WITH HIM. WHEN I SAW LASS RECENTLY, HE WAS EXXXTREMELY HAPPY TO SEE ME AND WE PLAYED. I LET HIM SLEEP IN THE HOUSE WITH ME. LAST NIGHT MY UNCLE CALLED AND SAID HE FOUND LASSIE DEAD UNDER A TREE IN THE BACKYARD. :( HE HADDNT BEEN FED OR VISITED IN A WEEK. :mad: IT PISSES ME OFF THAT THEY DIDNT TAKE CARE OF HIM. THE POOR DOGGIE DIED OF LONELINESS AND A BROKEN HEART AND STARVATION. IM SADD ABOUT IT BUT IM REALLY MADD TOO. I've found that if I take him down to the dog park for about 45 minutes before I go to work, he is way less likely to be destructive.
This dog has no consideration for the fact that I am not a morning person.

My house no longer seems like a home....I am actively searching for a Red Male Dobie puppy.....MY DREAM DOG! Keep your fingers crossed, say a little prayer or send me some good vibes. There is a litter of puppies due today only minutes from my house. Tomorrow is my Dad's 2nd anniversary in Heaven and Uno's 3 month....I take that as a good sign to get one....if there is one available....most to all of the puppies could be spoken for already...they won't know for sure until they see what they get in the litter! 8 weeks from now we could have a new baby.
I miss my boys more then I ever thought possible....they gave me far more then I ever gave them, the love still fills my heart. I am learning that they are only on loan to us for a short part of our lives....but there is always another one waiting to love you.
