my dog has had a few ticks this summer. also everyone in my complex just adores and the other dog owners think he's the cutest dog, espeically this really good looking girl in her early 30's. god shes just beautiful :oops:

I think Bubba's pregnant!!! She lactating. She got out a couple of times about a month ago. She's been sleeping alot and she got out again today, pretty odd behaviour for her. So she's going to be kept indoors for the next couple of weeks when nobodys home. Still could be a phantom pregnancy. Will see what happens over the next week or so.

So i took the pup in for a minor surgery today, to have a rather large cyst removed. The surgery went good,
untill he examined the mass that he had removed. The vet told me that it was a tumor instead of a cyst, well not what i wanted to hear! She was a trooper during the surgery. I held her down while he did this. The vet told me that he has only seen a few dogs be so good and still while doing this type of surgery. He also told me that she must really feel safe with you, to be that calm and knowing that i would not let anything harm her. That made me feel so good when he told me that, It kinda got my mind of what he had really removed. For being so good during surgery, i gave her an extra treat for dinner tonight !!!

its about TIME u gave her an exxxtra treat! Remember, you always have to give her 2-one from you and one from ME!!! The Trixxx is an awesome puppy.....we love her! and p.s.......post some of those pics you have of her!

When the vet mentioned cancer, I blocked out everything else he had said. He wanted me to come back on Friday when i had a clear head, and to check the Trix out to see how she was healing. She just had surgery for another cyst on top of her head a few months ago. It was just a cyst. He had showed me the mass after he removed it, and it was nothing like the last one he removed. Im trying not to get to graphic.
