Downtown LA. I'm 9 floors up in a 50 story building.
Up here so high I start to shake, Up here so high the sky I scrape, I've no fear but for falling down, So look out below I am falling now, Falling down,...not staying down, Could’ve held me up, rather tear me down, Drown in the river

    Brentwood on the 21st floor.

I thought it was the end of the world, so I ran down the hallway of my firm, telling everyone that I have always hated them.

Damn, I got some explaining to do!

It registered 5.8, centered near Pomona/Chino.

Hope no one got too spooked!

Man, my office building was moving for several minutes.

Yeah 5.8 is not insignificant in a populated area like Chino Hills.

  • Break out the hip waders.....this one could be the big swim.

Who knows you guys might crack off and float over to Hawaii instead of sinking into the ocean.

    you just never know...

No no, the big one is still coming, and it's going to be based out of Palm Springs. That's supposedly the area under the highest stress and they're just waiting. That's when I'll be going swimming. :D
  • I was in the shower. I've never been in an earthquake before. I thought I was losing my mind. Good times.

Yeah, it was pretty long! I was eating my lunch in the breakroom and it kept going so I finally got my plate and climbed under the table. Yep, I took my lunch under the table with me. :D
