Your team is similar, two titles in 43 years and an occasional appearance in the finals. The only difference is your goaltending changes like the Yankees changed managers in the 1980s. Let me see if I can name them without looking - Vanbiesbrouck, Cechmanek, Hackett, Burke, Esche, Nittymaki, Biron, Emery, Boucher, Leighton and the Russian guy from this year.

Derek Stepan played a great game against Austria last night. The IIHF MWC are really making it easier for me to function now that the NHL season is over for the Sabres. Gaustad should be playing in the game tomorrow against Norway. It feels good that I still have a reason to wear my Miller Olympic jersey.
