guess they should've put in Hughes earlier. I wonder if he would still be able to go for game 4? I know Mussina is starting. But I don't want him to.
we have to GET a game 4 1st. One step at a time

Sabathia walked 5 runners - if I remember correctly, he hadn't walked more than 3 in a game all year. It wasn't just Wang who was pitching bad. Yes, none of those five scored, but Sabathia wasn't holding up to the caliber he was made out to be either.

How is this shit - I'd really like to know.

Maybe you guys can buy Kenny Lofton next year? It's how you usually solve your postseason problems.

I was pulling up to my house, or else I probably would have! Sunday better be a good day....they are 3-0 this year when I've been in attendance!

I like the result. Look at the Yankees past postseason series. Whoever wins game one ususally loses the series.

They made a mistake starting Wang. I had said it all week long, they needed to start the Wanger at home in game 3. He is a totally different pitcher at home. I would have gone Pettitte in game one and Clemens in 2.

Of the current team, other than Damon and Clemens, who have they really thrown money at in the off season?

but i've learned being a yankee fan all these years. that it doesn't matter if you're the other team. Sabathia had a good fastball. and they walked A-Rod when there was a chance he could've done some damage.

This is incoherent, are you ok?

    You act one way
and then turn around and try to act hard and tough when you don't like what somebody says.

It doesn't matter whether or not I was alive for them, the point is that whenever Yankee fans point how often they've won and the TRADITION and HISTORY of being a champion sports franchise, people who root for other teams get mad. Whatever. Haters. I didn't bash you or your team that's won all of 2 championships and never had a no hitter, when you all were losing, I was rooting for them to win for you.

Yes they do. Even though we went back out and brought Andy back, he too started out on the farm long ago.

the loss was expected (see my prev. posts) but not by that many runs

I expect Andy to come up big tomorrow night. I'm glad they start these games early, I'd be even more pissed if I'd stayed up late to watch it
