    From what I'm hearing, it is unlikely that the league would take away a 1st or 2nd round pick, because the players' union would be up in arms because they would be losing a future union member. Because any picks taken away would not be given to another team.

    i think the biggest issue isn't that the Pats did this, is that they were caught and warned last year. Doing it again was in defiance of the NFLs warning. That is why the punishment will be severe. The arrogance to do it in the NFL's face after being warned is what makes it the big issue it has become.

    I'm not a pats fan...(a jets fan actually...) and i think that is crazy talk. how does filming def. co-ordinators...2 yrs. after your last Superbowl win...taint the wins you've had YEARS before...
