I totally support this thread and all posts from CorporateWhore and onelongsong.
Everyone knows Mexican people are inferior. Hell, in my 25 years in this country I've already mugged 3 american tourists, killed 2 members of an opposing gang, experimented with every drug in existence and raped three 60 year old women.
Also, we are all so uneducated that we can't even go to the store and buy food without getting into an argument with the clerk about how many 10 peso coins do i have to give him in order to buy 20 pesos of tortillas.
It's also dangerous to get close to us. We have many diseases; many of them people thought didn't exist anymore... If you come down here you might catch the plague or grow a 10inch-2 headed worm in your stomach from drinking our water.
And yes! We will take California back! It's the government's secret plan, we will slowly keep sending more and more gardeners and farm workers until they can beat the shit out of your army and we can claim California again! Oh glorious day!
Thank god people like CorporateWhore already know this. Save yourselves while you can!
Because your government is freaking paranoic. I've been to Canada, France and Argentina. I was never asked to get any shots because I might infect someone. Why would illegals bring diseases but not tourists like me? They have the exact same risk of having the flu as you or I do. What diseases do you think we have in Mexico that you don't have? Do American tourists get mandatory shots from the Canadian authorities every time they cross to the North?
americans are required to get shots when traveling to many countries. a strain of flu common to mexico city may not be common to another area; therefore you may be a carrier of a virus that could wipe out thousands like the flu of 1918 (?).
current case in point is bird flu. experts say it could wipe out over half the us population. my daughter is a surgeon and tells me about the memos she receives from the cdc concerning the pending epidemic. she is on the first alert and she's scared to death. if you bothered to read without racism and hatred; you'd notice that mexicans were not singled out. an illegal from any country can bring in disease. my parents had to receive shots before traveling to our fatherland in europe. there's nothing wrong with following legal procedures.
Oh so he's one of the people benefitting by exporting Mexico's poor people to the U.S.
Haha, man this thread is so amusing. You have no idea[7b] what I do for a living, yet since I don't want to play the game of "My country is better than yours" with you (of course I would lose, you are the man!), you use this kind of accusations. You are a class act!

"If you remove the English army tomorrow and hoist the green flag over Dublin castle, unless you set about the organisation of the socialist republic then all of your efforts would have been in vain. England will still rule you through her capitalists ,landlords and commercial institutions"
i hope i don't sound out of line; but i know 2; and know of several other hispanics who have immigrated to ireland. i know for sure that 3 blokes met blue eyed blonde haired nesses while they were on holiday in the us. they married and they were let in. is this common? one bloke did it to avoid jail for not paying child support. i was personally involved in that case as i prepared the documents.
It was in the paper this morning that California would suffer an estimated $3-4 billion in losses every year if it did not have undocumented workers working in the fields.
And that's just from the agricultural industry alone. Undocumented workers are also working in construction, landscaping, factories...etc.
Considering that a new prison will be used for at least 20-30 yrs, that means it really only costs an extra half a billion or so per year to build a new prison.
Compare that to the losses the state of California would suffer if it didn't have slave labor.
if there were a mass opening of job oppertunities; the minimum wage paid (not the legislative minimum) would rise due to supply/demand. we'd stop the money going to mexico keeping it in the us; this would boost the american economy.
In the long run, that's the idea.
Every business pushes its profit margin to the max. This means they try to expand as much as possible on every dollar of profit made. In other words, once they get accustomed to paying slave wages, those business are dependant on slave wages.
If you remove slave wages, those businesses would collapse from the extra costs of having to pay higher wages. Later on, other business would replace them, but not until after an economical catastrophe takes place first.

In the wonderful world of pop psychology, there is a phenomenon known as the "pygmalion effect".
This theory states that people will generally behave in the way they are being treated. A study was conducted wherein a substitute teacher was told that she was going to be teaching a class full of gifted students. Later, the same students were introduced to a substitute teacher who was told that the class was not so gifted.
Even after going through this cycle with several different teachers, the classs typically did better when the teacher believed that the class was gifted.
When mexicans come over here and work in our fields as illegal immigrants, they are treated like second class citizens. They are deprived of certain rights and privileged that the rest of Americans have.
How is it rational to assume that it's possible to treat people that way and not expect them to eventually "fulfill" that role as second class citizens? They are enveloped in a cycle of poverty, strife, and feelings of beratement on a community level.

i agree with the theory as i treat people as they treat me. but the second half of your post is confusing. assuming that whites are treated as first class citizens in america; why are so many whites in prison? if they were treated as first class citizens; why are they the exception to the rule?
when anyone crosses the border to another country illegally; they become a criminal and fugative in the country they entered. any country. i know of no country with open borders.
on the other hand; hispanics are privledged in america. i've filled out thousands of forms that ask if i am of hispanic decent. never mentioning any other nationality. i've called many businesses where i had to press 1 for english; 2 for spanish; but not one has ever provided an option for me to speak my native language.
so your post brings me to belive that you believe that we should treat criminals of mexican decent differently than we treat citizens in this country legally.
please enlighten me.

You said it yourself. You think illegal immigrants should be likened to criminals and fugitives. This is in spite of the fact that these "laws" that you claim are being broken aren't really laws at all.
If they were, then thousands upon thousands of american businesses as well as a fair share of illegals would be serving time and paying big fines. But they aren't. They aren't because our government turns a blind eye to both parties.
And when the government doesn't enforce those laws, how is it possible to say those laws even exist? Just on paper? For what reason? The answer is for the sake of keeping up appearances.
If nobody handed out speeding tickets, everybody would be doing 90mph. In California, this means everybody would be doing 125 mph. Everybody already is doing 90 mph here.
In mexico, it's illegal to purchase drugs without a prescription. But, all kinds of people in the states go down there and do it anyway. That law isn't enforced. It isn't enforced because mexico likes getting those american dollars. Imagine suddenly that the residents of mexico started calling these american prescription drug buyers criminals. Their government doesn't care. Their drug stores don't care. The residents are screaming murder, and at the same time, they refuse to blame their government and their drug stores.
That's what is happening in the states. People are calling illegal immigrants "fugitives" and "criminals" because, to get here, they broke a law that isn't really a law.
Americans say, "How dare you sneak into our country." Mexicans then say, "Sneak? Your businesses and politicians are practically begging us to come here."
That's when the fine line between laws and morality is drawn. At that point, it is not immoral to break a law. It does not make one a criminal.
But, when they get here, they have to live like criminals. They have to fly under the radar. They have to constantly be reminded of the fact that in spite of the hard work that they give to america, they are still not americans.
You bring up the example of ethnicities being given preferential treatment on a piece of paper. That piece of paper assumes legal status. And that piece of paper is also a measure put in place to combat what has already become a problem.
And I just don't quite understand how you could think that filling out the "hispanic" bubbe on a piece of paper all of the sudden solves the problem with discrimination.
Again,in the pygmalian study, all that teacher had to do to influence the performance of her class was "believe" that her students were dumb. Does equality on a paper people make people "believe" what that piece of paper says?
Again, you said it yourself: They are fugitives and criminals, not migrant laborers who answered america's call for slave labor.
And you ask about the large population of whites in jails. My answer to that is that every society has its own barriers. White society no doubt has barriers. Whites are still the majority population in the country. In terms of proportionality, their being the most populous in US prisons makes sense.
How about in california where mexicans are not quite the majority yet? They make up the majority population in US prisons. Could this not be a result of barriers in society? One obvious barrier is the refusal of the US gov to grant them citizenship in spite of expecting them to provide this country with slave labor.

Did you inspect all of their work permits?
If you discovered that one of the workers was illegal, what would you have done?
And bear in mind this is an upper class Mexican:D

Not necessarily. Schwarzenegger's prison expansin plan will cost $11 billion.
