    Who said anything about making abortion illegal. If the decision was left up to the states there would still be plenty of states where abortion would still be legal.

    Abortion likely won't be made illegal in this country. And I'm not advocating that it should be made illegal.

    My point is that one does not justify abortion using the fact that it "lowers child killing". All sorts of horrible things "lower child killing".
