According to Barak Obama?

anyone?

I'd like to get some clarification on this one...
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

It's not just Obama who says this. Pretty much every "leading" politician and TV water carrier says this as well. I've never seen anything that points to nuclear reactors in themselves as illegal. Now if it could be proven that they were making weapons from them then perhaps the illegality could be argued from the nuclear nonproliferation treaty they signed. But proving something seems to be an annoying thing to this nation lately.

I thought Barak was supposedly different from "every leading politician" so to speak, and this was the main attraction from his avid supporters Vote for a change in policy they say...

    I'm just not seeing it.

oh, of course. It's fine for Obama to be full of shit, as long as the other "leading" politicians are full of shit.

Now I see the funny side.

You sure like to read into things that are not there. You must really hate Obama and his supporters. I almost feel bad for you.

I'm not claiming you said that. I'm responding to what you said with my own response. However, it certainly does seem that most Obama supporters defend his stance on Iran, and even justify it... how do you feel about his stance on Iran?

way to ignore the rest of my response. It was clearly a remark, that was just sarcastically continuing what I thought you would be saying.

Now, I'll ask again... what do you think about Obama's stance on Iran?
  • I'm not talking about what you're talking about.
I'm saying that what you're saying isn't what you were saying first, and what i'm saying isn't what i was saying first, it's what i was saying about what you were saying when i thought what you were saying was not what i was saying.

but now that i understand what you are saying, i still don't necessarily agree with you, but i do get what you were trying to say.

    See what i'm saying?

    :D:D:D
If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?

    Oh...THAT Iran....

I though you meant the OTHER Iran...

    simple misunderstanding...

    be clear?

what is your opinion on his stance? do you agree with it or not? why or why not?
do I have to spell it out for you, that question was pretty straightforward.

What does it have to do with here? It's a pretty universal question no?

Can I not comment on things that don't add up?

I like the way he stands in general though he sometimes leans too much on the podium during lengthy speeches. I'm not sure if I can really disagree with his stance as long as he finds it comfortable. I'm more of a lean on one leg for awhile then switch to keep one leg fresh, but that's debateable as well.

If this administration was fair with their labeling and catagorizing of "Terrorist" states, they would of course list themselves......the government of the United States Of America; as a ......... Terrorist State.

For it is the government of the United States that has done and continues to do those things that they accuse Iran of doing. You know, those things that by their own terms of definition.........define Iran as a Terrorist State.

so you're choosing to take a chance that he might be saying all this just to get elected??

you'd rather believe in some hope you're pulling out of nowhere, than go by facts from his history of voting and speeches?? seriously?

and you're willing to risk handing over the presidency to some guy based on this "chance?"

    wow.

let me ask you 2 questions... 2 honest questions... and please answer in your own words and dont quote anyone else or provide links... because i know about the report from about 4 years ago that said they shut down their weapons program... and please dont answer "well israel has nukes and we have nukes so whats the porblem"

    1. Do you believe that Iran truly has no interest in Nuclear weapon capablilties, and are being totally honest about their intentions that they are only in pursuit of nuclear energy and not weapons

    2. What do you think about a nuclear armed Iran? good thing, bad thing, or indifferent?

do you have some sort of crystal ball or something...? tea leaves and spit, perhaps...? are you some sort of soothsayer...?

maybe, just maybe, I'm ok with what he's saying, doing, or has done...

    how about that one...?

all I know is, the other choices out there suck, in my humble opinion...

Let's see: bush III, no thanks...

Or some guy who's run 5 times, who's only platform is Corporations Suck...

Yeah, I'm going to take my chances on someone who can draw a crowd of 200K in another country...

    Sorry...

The bottom line is do you think Iran is evil and wants to destroy the world like the pack of savage terrorist dogs they are made out to be, or do you think they are human beings like everyone else and can perhaps co-exist peacefully?

So, do you believe the hype?

hmm... maybe if you took 10 minutes of your time to hear what Nader has to say, and I mean SERIOUSLY hear what he has to say, you'd be a bit more enlightened as to what his platform really is...
