    in many cases, I'm not sure it's turly believing it ... I think it's twisting facts to hear what they want to hear ... and sadly, it's amplified with mob mentality.

    But, if you took a lot of these things at face value ... and presented them not in the heat of the election ... most people wouldn't think twice about half the shit that is being reported.

    Because he doesn't say stupid things nearly as much as Palin does. Nobody does, except maybe George W. Bush.

    Because when Biden says something it's usually something along the lines of, "well, FDR got on television after the stock market..."

    Whereas when Palin says something it's usually something along the lines of, "Well, this is the role of the Vice President in the Senate" when the Constitution clearly states that it is NOT the role of the Vice President in the Senate.

    And speaking of which, I seem to remember quite a few Biden headlines thus far. "It's patriotic to pay taxes..." "we will be tested if Obama is in office..." etc. This sounds like a talking point to me.
