Woman With Crohns Says She'll Die in US Prison without Medical Marijuana

Yet, medical professionals are the biggest drug pushers in the US? Do they ever discuss that? Are you on drugs? Coffee (Caffeine), cigs, aspirin, oxycontin, percs, vicodans, paxil, etc? Do those drugs break down families too? If I drink coffee every day is my family screwed? What about if I take oxycontin with a doctors prescription for the next five years? Is that ok?
I want to hear what a professional has to say!MahoganySouls wrote:am I supposed to be threatened by this?
Drugs are unhealthy. They do not benefit the user. Dulling the senses via drugs OR alcohol does not solve a problem, it only adds to it. Use also contributes to family and societal breakdown.
Children who grow up in drug condoned homes have less hope for successful future. They are lower achievers and often live neglectful or emotionally scarred lives. Suicide rates, drop out rates, teen pregnancy and other misfortunes among these children are markedly higher than those in non-drug environments.
So to claim that families who "blaze up together" are somehow well adjusted is plain falacy. Get the facts.
Yes, medical personnel are taught in school these things. We know what the rest of you refuse to admit to. Drugs are "bad" for you.http://mikecann.net

Medical Professional says, "All drugs are the same and all are bad and will kill you, except the legal ones, we don't want to talk about!"http://mikecann.net

you simply refuse to see it don't you? ANY substance used in excess can be and usually is "bad." that doesn't make the person addicted a "bad" person, as according to your spiel
plenty of people use mj recreationally and lead sucessful lives as do their friends, families and children. it's no different than the person that uses alcohol or other substances recreationally. when you start talking about using something habitually, it then becomes a problem, this is true of any substance or action.
I sincerly hope that you don't show to your patients/clients even the slightest bit of the bitterness and vitrol that you display for them on this board. you should do your community a favor and destroy whatever license it is that you have to practice nursing or counseling or whatever it is that you're doing. because you must've entirely missed the "first do no harm" part.*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

I think I'm getting a little old for the festival thing anyway. I was reading the posts on the Porch and every post made me happier that I wasn't there. I'm really bothered by rude behavior."Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." ~ MLK, 19630 -
