She was granted medicinal use of MJ and abused that right.
If you don't have evidence? That's called libel, you can be sued for that. Not that she will, she's classy unlike others that throw out libelous charges with no proof.http://mikecann.net

Boston, MA wrote:She was involved in drug trafficking? Have you seen the evidence? What do know about it? I know Marc Emery sold some seeds and unlike all the other seed sellers in Amsterdam he got nailed because he got political and actually challenged the empty suits. So they drag in his friend an activist that very well might die in prison if he doesn't bow down and take their deal and muzzle for life? What evidence do you have that she is a drug trafficker? The DEA and DA in the USA I do not trust on this at all. And for good reason. This is a common tactic for law enforcement, charge another that person loves even if they are innocent. That's like by the book standard operating procedure in the USA and especially at the top the great evil DEA.

Natural seeds chosen by the government, through their dominating pocket-lining links, deemed to be illegal.
It's called fascism.

Jesus Christ. By my reasoning hemp grows naturally and needs no synthesizing as do all other over-the-counter drugs.
You can grow it yourself, but the fascists don't want you to.

My final thought for the night.
I think all drugs should be legalized to buy and consume. I also think that all drug use should be held to the same standards as alcohol use. You cannot indulge and drive. You cannot indulge and go to work. You cannot indulge and be around children. I would also add into these laws that persons who do indulge are not eligible for welfare, food stamps or public assistance of any kind. There will not be any provisions for government rehab, even in the event of commiting a crime while under the influence.
This way, yahoo's who want to get stoned all the time, who end up hooked and homeless or criminals will no longer be the concern of the general public. My tax dollars will no longer be used to support your habit.
If drugs were legal. Hopefully those who cannot control their use will eliminate themselves and no longer be a burden to society. Survival of the fittest at its best."When you're climbing to the top, you'd better know the way back down" MSB0 -

But if survival is dependent on the dollar... and society's health is measured by its economic well-being, how is it that the few chronic addictions/addicts here among us are thrown out and away, in your mind? We already have the panhandlers on our city streets. Are you suggesting upping the homeless population? This is a question beyond marijuana, I think. This entails alcoholism as the first and foremost addiction of choice in the America... and whatever other highly physical addictive synthesized substances out there.
Your argument lacks any sort of cohesiveness regarding community and family. And so it lacks strategy in its follow-through.

I did say ALL DRUGS.
Community and family are disregarded by those who choose to become a drug user. It isn't society's problem to fix. Except maybe to take away their rights as parents."When you're climbing to the top, you'd better know the way back down" MSB0 -

And second even if she was involved in selling seeds with Marc Emery, when did seeds become illegal drugs? Where is the law that makes seeds illegal? Why is it legal to sell poppy seeds (which is the start point to manufacture heroin) but not cannabis or hemp seeds?http://mikecann.net

Why isn't the DEA going after seed dealers in Amsterdam and other places with saner marijuana policy who for just as long sell seeds to US customers and are still doing so?http://mikecann.net

This is very narrow minded and cold. I understand the theory of tough love and all that when it comes to addictions, and that may have it's merits, however an all-encompassing view like yours dividing humans into sub-humans for the harmless activity of pot smoking is...
fascism.
