I necessarily have the passion for writing this, and you have the passion for condemning me; both of us are equally fools, equally the toys of destiny. Your nature is to do harm, mine is to love truth, and to make it public in spite of you. - Voltaire

Anytime you are going for large numbers, you sacrifice detail. There have been numerous events more fine tuned and focused on certan issues. I think the goal here was to unify these groups and proclaim they are not happy with the current direction. Of cousrse, there are always gonna be some apsect of the 'I hate so and so' at these events but thats to be expected and happens all the time and they know it's not that simple. It's kinda hard to fit your whole political view on a sign. The purpose was to get people behind this cause with a theme that they all could relate to and directing the complaints towards the current adminstration would be an effort at attacking the cause of so many problems we are facing today. And again, the fact that the media downplays and discredits these events is not shocking and quite expected.
Good post Book, and I can understand what your saying but I guess my point is that if you can't fit it on a sign why not try and fit it on to a major political party platform and have a real chance at getting something done. Not trying to snipe here but I feel that much of the public sees it that way hence the low turnout numbers. No it wasn't shocking either. Sorry if I'm slow or tardy, been busy.

That would be like the Canadian Action Party. It's a relatively small party that focuses on issues of Disclosure and Sovereignty. They are concerned about globalization, secrecy, liberty, etc.. They even insist on a full disclosure of studies of various phenomena. They are really the conspiracy theorist's wet dream. But their angle is that they are just going to try to disclose everything and see where we end up.

Neighbor, I guess your saying that the CAP is like the Can't Wait group. CAP is the wet dream because they help substantiate validate theories? So disclosure for the sake of disclosure? Sure I guess that's an angle. I must be missing something, where's the Action part in the CAP title come in to play here. I haven't checked out their wwwebsite it's probably in there.

human emotion is a beautiful thing. don't be frightened.
Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.
