You may not understand this, Ahnimus, But "win/lose" situations are where you must make a person "wrong" in order to feel okay about your own position. Your words and your attitude speak for themselves when you decide to minimize the views that you do not understand.
In win-win situations, when there is disagreement, people are interested in working things out because they realize it is in their best interests to learn and grow in order to be harmonious. One seeks to head off, rather than perpetuate conflict. More power to you in your choices.
Your prioritization of facts tells us what you are interested in and it says absolutely nothing about what I or others know factually.

Thank you. I've always found that meditation and breathing has been an excellent tool that can be used for better learning of other subject matter.
It enhances your immediate experience and has a flow on effect whenever the brain is engaged.

I love to learn from others too. I agree about loving thoughts and energy. It allows me that buffer so that I keep my own environment and thought/space harmonious and peaceful. Yeah, I get the negativity too, and use it as a way to practice cleansing the conflict in my world.
