HAHA!
That's like declaring "chuckie cheese" every post. It's always good no matter how many times. All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal.

Yeah, because tolerance and acceptance of other beliefs is a terrible thing to wish upon anyone. Unless you're a muslim. Then every one should be tolerant and accepting of YOU>Why go home

My message is that its ironic and a bit hypocritical to demand tolerance of a religion that is intolerant in its nature. Whatever religion that is. The trouble with any organized religion, is that in order to remain organized, it requires a leader. And inevitably that leader's biases will shine through, and warp what may have been a good idea originally. Why go home

It is what he said. Take a time-out and learn what quotation marks are.

So what exactly is it that you want to do with your life Miller? Join the army or become a preacher?
You know, you could always kill two birds with one stone and become an army chaplain!0 -

Then they would be killing in the name of Jesus and I thought that the States had the inside track on that. So then what would you bitch about?. They would be closer to your way of living and killing in the same name! ha haYou've changed your place in this world!0 -

As hippiemom pointed out before, they already know about Jesus and his message, Jesus is in the Qur'an as well.6. What do Muslims think of Jesus? (P)
Muslims think highly of Jesus (P) and his worthy mother, Mary. The Quran tells us that Jesus was born of a miraculous birth without a father. "Lo! The likeness of Jesus with Allah is the likeness of Adam. He created him of dust, and then He said unto him: Be and he is" (Quran 3.59). He was given many miracles as a prophet. These include speaking soon after his birth in defense of his mother's piety. God's other gifts to him included healing the blind and the sick, reviving the dead, making a bird out of clay and most importantly, the message he was carrying. These miracles were given to him by God to establish him as a prophet. According to the Quran, he was not crucified but was raised into Heaven. (Quran, Chapter Maryam)

And now a personal question, if a Muslim comes to you and preaches his faith will you listen?THANK YOU, LOSTDAWG!

Jesus never armed himself when he tried to spread his message.
that is the fundamental difference.“Kept in a small bowl, the goldfish will remain small. With more space, the fish can grow double, triple, or quadruple its size.”

There's plentifull evidence that Jesus' message was primalrily about not cherishing material possessions, money or profit over human life and the quality of human life; as much as any other points in his messages.
He also preached of no attachments, prayers or loyalties to churches, priests, preachers or false idols (saints, angels etc...).
Jesus' messages discourage the establishment of church and so-called holy human beings. Something the Catholic Church has a serious problem (as a result of self-interest, greed and power issues) with.
Jesus preached of giving love and giving all to those who have none. Jesus preached of helping each other.....loving each other.0 -

If one believes in him, but behaves like a major dick and ignores his messages in favor of greed, self-interest and violence; there is no "salvation".0 -

You're confusing works and salvation.
That subject is why the protestant reformation happened.
Works are an indication of true belief in Christ, according to the Catholic Church. One must first believe that Christ is the son of God who died for our sins, then they must in turn live in recognition of that belief. Christians sin too, but they recognize their sins. Atheists sin and chalk it up to hedonism.
If one truly believes Christ saved us from sin, then they will act righteously. The simple fact is, some christians do not truly believe Christ saved them, in their heart of hearts. All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal.

In what ways, CorporateWhore, in your everyday life, do you show the gratitude for having been saved by Jesus?
