Ugh, so the lion is back, but there's a new Tiki sticker. Now if they'd just give us something else new (DC) I could bundle that cool sticker (with an Italy) and save on shipping (with a Dusseldorf).
Leaving on vaca manana & debating taking the laptop for fear of missing something cool.

I'm sure nothing too exciting will happen, today is kinda slow itself and I was think that poster tubes are 100% recyclable.
The tube of course cuz it is cardboard and the plastic caps are usually #2 grade plastic thus those are able to be recycled..........
so all you poster freaks out there clean the tape and other junk of those tubes and make sure to give hoot and recycle.

Thanks, that's good to know. If course some of us may be beyond recycling. Just a half dozen more and I think I might be able to use them to add a room onto my house!
we need them back in the 10 C store selling us posters !
Yeah I was hoping that we would have done a few more than just Hawaii by labor day, now I'm about to got back to school and it will be harder to be near a computer at certain times :(
wow, turns out i've had my first post office poster disaster. received a s/n gorge in the mail which was completely destroyed. the tube is completely crushed as is the poster. i have no idea what to do. opening up that tube and looking at it felt like identifiying a dead body.

tube was pretty flimsy to begin with though
I received an unsigned Gorge last weekend that was crushed. Hopefully the shipment was insured, although, as I've learned over the past couple days, that is a whole new problem to deal with. Apparently, there is not a single USPS employee in the Dallas area that has ever dealt with an insurance claim. Have fun navigating through all the red tape!

I didn't mean to discourage you; I just wanted to give you a heads up. Also, depending on where you purchased the poster, you might be able to contact them and get your money back. Anyway, sorry to hear about your bad experience. Unfortunately, most of us can empathize with you on this situation...
