i wish my first reply after you said you were santos was "when is DC going to be sold"

although then i'm not so sure you would have been able to "find" my name on the list

so, the poster sales stopped for a bit when the book came out ... it may be time to starting thinking that they will be on hold again until the DVD is released ...

Took my Emek Coachella to the framers today, but next payday I'm thinking of getting my PJ '06 Klausen Hawaii 12/9 done. Does anyone have any pictures of that framed? I generally lean towards simple black frames, but I'd love some ideas for mattes.

    Thanks,
    KJ

Ooh, tough one, and a question I've asked myself many times (though there's no way I could afford to get either one of them at ebay prices).

Today at least I lean towards the orange face / background special edition.

Anyone receive or receive notice of shipping on their Hampton Dreamtime yet?

    Peace,

Thanks, glad you like it. Justin did a run of 75 Uncut, 50 Spec Edition Uncut, and then 1 that was Orange Face/ Blue Sky (the one I framed) and 1 that was Blue Face/ Orange Sky. The last two that were runs of 1 were put up on ebay by Justin himself, and he offered to do a custom sketch on the print. We exchanged ideas and we came up w/ the visage of the band members, surrounded by the waves that tie together Australia and Hawaii, where I'm from and where the print now lives. Justin was awesome to converse with and I'm stoked with how everything came out.

Yeah I think I remember seeing it b4 it was framed.
I like how yours is the one print for both shows. I actually thought Hampton did the same poster for both shows until I saw the uncut with the border then I realised.....massive blonde moment...........:p
I went to the Melbourne shows and wish I had purchased the ccfa posters for 2 and 3.
Ive the red fox to frame and hang from Melb1. I wasnt sure if it was a fox or a kangaroo.
    But its a fox..

But Im still massively stoked with the Newcastle print............makes me smile everytime I walk past it...:)

I took mine out to look at it so often I figured I'd better break down and get it framed before I damage it more (unfortunately it came slightly damaged from a weasel on ebay). I generally can't afford to splurge on custom framing, but it's my current favorite so I figured what the heck. I'll definitely post pics when it's back. Got a spot for it picked out next to my PJ Charlotte '96 Emek, which having been self framed will look pitiful in comparison I'm sure.

Of course, if/when/once my Hampton Dreamtime arrives I'll probably have to get that framed ASAP as well. C'mon Powerball !!! (and c'mon Justin, please!)

    Peace,
    KJ

It is on summer vacation, see you in the fall....... maybe :)

But seriously I would not be surprised if BK was in Chicago for the shows which I am sure delayed things a bit more.
