For example, right now, if I said what was on my mind it'd have to be a boring comment-->

I feel really happy today but my eyes are so tired they feel like they are gonna fall out of my head because I've been reading music all day.

The term LOVE shouldn't be said until you're sure it isn't a lie

    how so very true.

much like TRUST...it truly should be earned and shared...

not just be given or taken based upon lies.

In my opinion, I think some people just have trouble getting their definitions of love to match.

My thought for today... It's going to be a very emotional day for me, and whether anyone responds to this or not, it just makes me feel better typing these words and actually seeing them. It helps in healing my emotional wounds...

    Wish you were here...

That's what I thought. I just get tired of thinking someone has posted a new piece of writing when I gloss over the index, only to find some boring ass remark that has nothing to do with writing or art. I do know what you orignally intended and it was a good idea.

I think if you don't expect much from this thread (meaning it might be FULL of boring ass remarks) it works. As a whole, it has a way of being okay and useful for those of us that add words it.

Fine, fine, I don't want to rain on everyone's parade, but if this is how it is going to be used, shouldn't it belong on the AET? How does it belong here?

I believe it belongs here because it focuses on feelings more than anything else. The internal states of people. Even though it may seem trivial to you, it's not.

I don't think people's feeling are trivial. I just don't know what they have to do with art, unless turned into a piece of art. I mean, even the OP didn't intend for this, so I can't be that out of whack here. However, I will leave it alone.

    My hair
    the electrical journey
across my skull, the curled ends.

    The ends
    are torches
    bringing in madness
    and disastrous happenings.

    It seems
    whiskers could be brush
    and fruit bearing trees,
aw my facial orchard at sunrise
    being touched by the sky.

    And then she kissed me
    with the kind of softness
    that raises green
    into grass with
her fingers all lost in my chest hair.

    Aw
    how I smile at her
as if she’s a cool running river
    watering my roots
as I hang over her edges.

Lying here with her, how we grow a forest
my chest, my face, her lunar moon blanket spreading open
    keeping us warm,
the night shoots up into blackness
and rewinds back down to us
    after being kissed
    by the sun.

why can't ppl 'man up' and take responsibility for their negative actions and consider the big picture of the harmful ramifications that they have upon others?

Start from the beginning and follow the course... You'll see it was an evolution of words or an adaptation of feelings, whichever you prefer.
