    I wonder when swimming season starts around here? I was cleaning the leaves off the top of the pool yesterday, I put my foot in the water, and I noticed that the water was just a bit warmer.

    Maybe I should get a thermometer? :geek:

    in the past this thread was about the poetry. (always has been for me anyway)
    i'll explain:
    years ago another writer dude and myself were talking and i said to him;
    "im having a bit of writer's block, man."
    he then gave me his advice.
    "dude, i instantaneously write down what i am thinking no matter the quagmire of thought and it helps me overcome writers block."
    i took his words of wisdom and use that approach today.

    and yes, mr. eyed, this thread is to be a poetic piece of work put together by us Pearl Jam fans.

    That's what I thought. I just get tired of thinking someone has posted a new piece of writing when I gloss over the index, only to find some boring ass remark that has nothing to do with writing or art. I do know what you orignally intended and it was a good idea.

    but more just thinking out loud, these ramblings cannot be stopped
    there sometimes is art in our thoughts

    I like eyed's poetry, and stories
    I think his style is pretty fly
    but this comment above made me want to cry :cry::cry:

    much like the "what is on your mind" thread
    only for those who actually read the words
    here without dealing with the AET fucks
    we can sometimes get things off of our chest

    I think if you don't expect much from this thread (meaning it might be FULL of boring ass remarks) it works. As a whole, it has a way of being okay and useful for those of us that add words it.
