    non PJ... i would have to say Rage Against the Machine/WU Tang 1997

    some other hilights would be DMB, Tool at lolla circa 96?, tom petty and the allman brothers this summer also kicked ass. by far the most girls i have ever seen at a concert, WOWZA!

    what's with all these people seeing zeppelin shows?? are you trying to kill me?? oh, those '75 NY shows were all awesome. i dig that '75 tour in general, although plan'ts voice was real shakey at most shows. of course, he didn't sing much, as it was basically 3 hours of jamming on dazed and confused and no quarter...oh my. as for '77, destroyer is of course great b/c of the soud quality, but the 6 show run at the la forum are probably 6 of the 10 best concerts played by anyone anytime ever. all were 3 1/2-4 hrs. plus keith moon jammed w/ them on the 23rd...drools...


    as for me, i'm too young for that stuff. and i've seen too many good shows. the most recent one that sticks out was zappa plays zappa in minneapolis last year. best musicianship i've ever seen, plus napolean murphy brock and steve vai...fuck yeah
