Kind of a bummer that the tentative date at the Creek didn't happen eh? At least there are a number of places within reasonable driving distance of us. Hell, the last time I saw them was Asheville, and that is further than any of the places you mentioned.
PS- what do you think of the new "rows 1 and 2" plan. You are pretty far up the ladder aren't you. With my # being just a tad over 200,000 I'm not affected (unless I were to get the lucky bump up). How cool would it be if they were to hook those of us up in this thread? If there was ever a time for acceptable collusion and sneaky, underhanded doings, that would be it.
I am taking Monday off for this.Sorry I will be on before 9am and before 11 to get my WPB and Tampa tickets.Those are the closest show to me and have no money to travel anywhere else.

i'm not convinced it won't still happen. the email from the the venue in dallas tells me they have other locations on the tentative list, too. maybe i'm just in the deepest case of denial i've ever been in...
re: random. well, honestly, i'm little on the fence. my number has landed me on the front row three times, once in 00 and twice in 03. i'm not one of those who did 30 shows a tour and got bored or complacent or recognized by ed as being the same ol same ol down front every night...so, in a way, i feel a little penalized. i guess i'm happy for people who might never have had the chance otherwise, but like i say i feel like i got penalized by two or three rows due to the actions of others. also, i'm a little worried that they do both sets of random draws first, then fill in with seniority. for example, if i didn't get pulled in the draw for the first two rows, my seniority would probably put me in row 3 or 4. if they draw for rows 9 and 10 before filling in 3 through8 by seniority, i could very easily wind up 10 rows back, and that feels almost like i'm being punished for something i didn't do
