    although im still very disappointed in the fact that pj doesnt seem to care for us, and a lil sad *sniff*


    i must say... eds new song "rise" is very hauntingly beautiful.... it will be a very nice pre set song for next tour. One of those songs that you end up listening like ten times over (its not a very long song) and dont even realize it because you were just enjoying it!

    Look, I will be the first to say that bands do not like to play Charlotte, North Cackalackee. Hell, Ed couldn't even remember where they were playing the last time they played here. But it was still the best show Charlotte has ever seen.

    Seriously though, i have never "followed" a band for more than a southern leg of a tour.

    I will be the first to say that I vow to follow PJ on the entire east coast portion of the tour tour if they play ANYWHERE in the south.

    VA, NC, SC, TN, AL, FLA.........etc

    I dont care where in the south, but the love is way overdue and i am down with all of it.
    Empty pockets will allow a greater sense of wealth.

    I hear ya. I made the mistake last tour of waiting, thinking they would announce dates eventually and not going to places like ohio or dc. When they announced lolla though, I jumped on it and it was an awesome trip. I'm definately going to travel a bit the next tour! ...and hopefully there will be one show I don't have to travel for!!!!

    same here....except for the lolla part. i just made the mistake of waiting for a date to be announced somewhere a little closer to home, and of course we all know how well that turned out :(

    i got nothin against traveling, i know it would be worth it to see them again, but i just hope that the next time they tour, they announce ALL of the tour dates at once so i can make it happen and not miss out again!

    and maybe, just maybe, the south will get a show next time....maybe.....

    I have nothing against traveling either.....I mean, we went to Halifax in 2005 to see the show. However, we turned it into a vacation. We (a happily married couple) are not interested in visiting Boston, Pittsburgh or the like...nor were we interested in seeing the band open for Tom Petty in interesting destination towns like Denver.

    At this time in my life, one of my absolute biggest regrets is not skipping class and driving to Asheville to see them on the last VFC tour.

    I can wait until next year to see them, I just hope they're really serious about another election year tour :D

    Being a PJ fan now for as long as I can remember, I still have not seen you guys live.You guys have a ton of fans down here in the south, not every one is a god damn fascist conservative down here. Your music means so much to me and I cant afford to travel hundreds of miles to come see you guys. Its about time you realized there are other places besides Europe and the west coast.
