The Doors, hands down. I would love to go back in time to see them!
The Beatles
John Lennon solo
Wings
Sly and the Family Stone
Jimi Hendrix
Cream
Jane's Addiction (saw them at Lollapalooza 1, but didn't pay attention)
Janis Joplin
Nirvana
Led Zep
The Who w/ original members
and of course, The Grateful Dead w/ Jerry.
All I can think of is Sleater-Kinney. Although I don't know if anything could measure up to the last weekend in Portland. God that was so, oh, words can't describe. Any S-K show is worth seeing though, even if their equipment malfunctions and Carrie reads to the audience, and they have S-K karaoke.
I'd pick the original Who as a #2 though. Oh! And Elliott Smith.

AIC is tempting (tho they're touring with a different singer now - anyone seen them? Any good? My bro saw them at Rock Am & said they were great, but he didn't really know them...)
...Also the Doors... but I think it'll have to be Faith No More!
I wonder if you ever could actually hear them play over the screaming girls????
All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning. Be cunning and full of tricks and your people shall never be destroyed.
