when i bumped into mike in adelaide last yr i was wearing a cold chisel shirt. he commented that "those guys are from round here arent they?".. then he asked me if i liked the angels... he also said he isnt a huge fan of the oils.
old oz music is sensational. now we have jet and wolfmother... and a gay powderfinger and silverchair - both who have lost their bite.Yeh I've seen Pearl Jam, too. But I can't remember the dates.0 -

That would have been one very cool conversation to be a party to!
What we don't have anymore is gritty, working class, pub rock.
It's all very nice and interesting the new stuff, but it doesn't make you wanna throw yourself around and sing a the top of your lungs does it?
